These roasted green beans pecan casserole are a staple on my holiday table. They are so delicious, that I also make them on a near-weekly basis throughout the rest of the year. This roasted green beans recipe is so easy, and delicious!
Roasted Green Bean Pecan Ingredients
1 pound Green Beans (Trimmed or Halved)
½ cup Pecans (Sub Macadamia Nut, chopped)
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese (Shredded)
½ Onion (Diced)
2 tablespoons Minced Garlic
Season to taste (to include Red Pepper Flakes)
Roasted Green Bean Pecan Directions
Preheat oven to 450. Place Green Beans in a large mixing bow. Using a food processor, blend Pecans to a chopped and crumbly texture. Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Parmesan Cheese, Diced Onion, and Minced Garlic to mixing bowl with Green Beans. Season as desired. Mix thoroughly together. Ensure the Green Beans and other ingredients are well coated. Place onto a baking sheet or disposable baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Broil as needed for extra crisp
