2 tbsp ghee or melted butter
¾ cup heavy whipping cream
8 oz. ricotta cheese
4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
2 oz. feta cheese
12 oz. bacon, fried and chopped into small bits
½ cup fresh spinach, thinly sliced
