Ham And Cheese Keto Muffin

Inspired by the classic combo of ham and cheese, these hearty, savory muffins are keto friendly and delicious!

Ham & Cheese Keto Muffin Ingredients


10 slices Bacon (Chopped)

1 Onion (Chopped)

2 tablespoons Garlic, Diced

1 pound Carrots (Chopped)

2 bunches of Raw Kale (Chopped)

2 tablespoons Reserved Bacon Fat

Season to taste

Keto Muffin Directions


Preheat the oven to 425. Pre-cook Bacon until almost crispy, reserving 2 tablespoons bacon fat. Combine Bacon, chopped veggies, onion, garlic, and reserved bacon fat in a large bowl. Place in a baking dish and bake for 15-30mins or until softened. Broil for 3-5 minutes to crisp.
