4¼ cups chicken broth
½ red onion, chopped
½ tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2¾ oz. red bell peppers
7 oz. zucchini, chopped
1⁄8 tsp xanthan gum
1⁄3 oz. fresh cilantro, minced
2 limes for serving
