Carrot Bacon Kale Hash

Carrot Bacon Kale Hash will quickly become a family favorite.

Carrot Bacon Kale Hash Ingredients


10 slices Bacon (Chopped)

1 Onion (Chopped)

2 tablespoons Garlic, Diced

1 pound Carrots (Chopped)

2 bunches of Raw Kale (Chopped)

2 tablespoons Reserved Bacon Fat

Season to taste

Carrot Bacon Kale Hash Directions


Preheat the oven to 425. Pre-cook Bacon until almost crispy, reserving 2 tablespoons bacon fat. Combine Bacon, chopped veggies, onion, garlic, and reserved bacon fat in a large bowl. Place in a baking dish and bake for 15-30mins or until softened. Broil for 3-5 minutes to crisp.
