The Best Keto Meatloaf

This keto meatloaf is one of my favorite things to eat! It is dietitian approved and has no refined, processed carbs so you continue burning fat and losing weight with no regrets. You can’t go wrong with this!

Keto Meatloaf Ingredients


2 yellow onion (Diced)

4-5 Fresh Garlic Cloves

2 tablespoons Avocado Oil

1 can Green Chiles

½ cup Primal Kitchen Steak Sauce

1 cup  + ½ cup Primal Kitchen Ketchup (Divided)

4 tablespoon Unsweetened Coconut Cream

3 Whole Eggs (Beaten)

2 pounds Ground Beef (Grass Fed if available)

1 pound Ground Lamb

1 cups Organic Pine Nuts (Ground)

Season to taste

Keto Meatloaf Directions


Preheat oven to 350.

Grease baking pan with non-stick spray. Brown garlic and onion in 2 tablespoons avocado oil. Add green chiles, Primal Kitchen steak sauce, and 1/2 cup Primal Kitchen ketchup to garlic and onion. Combine and simmer for a few minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

In a large mixing bowl, combine meats, egg, coconut cream, ground pine nuts, and onion mixture. Combine thoroughly. Season as desired. Distribute into baking pan. Spread 1 cup Primal Kitchen Ketchup evenly over the top of Meatloaf.

Bake 45 minutes or internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Enjoy this delicious keto meatloaf tonight.
