Ingredients
Chicken nuggets
3 lbs boneless chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces
8 oz. parmesan cheese, shredded
2 tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
2 eggs
2 tbsp coconut oil (flavorless)
Green Bean Fries
15 oz. fresh green beans, trimmed
2 tbsp coconut oil (flavorless)
salt
Directions
Green bean fries: Heat up a large skillet and fry the trimmed beans for a couple of minutes. They should still be crispy! Season with salt before serving.
