Low Carb Pizza

This Low Carb Pizza Recipe is guaranteed to become one of your favorites. It’s so easy and incredibly delicious.

Low Carb Pizza Ingredients

Pie Crust:
6 ounces Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
2 tablespoons Regular Cream Cheese
¾ cups Almond Flour
1 teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
1 Whole Egg
Pink Salt and Olive Oil (Added Accordingly)
Pizza Topping:
½ Onion (Diced), 3-4 Fresh Garlic Cloves
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 ounces Ground Pork
2 Hot Italian Pork Sausage Links (Uncased)
½ cup Primal Kitchen Tomato Basil Marinara
6 ounces Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
Additional toppings as desired
Season as desired

Low Carb Pizza Directions

Pie Crust Prep:
Preheat oven to 400. 
Grease a baking sheet or flat pie pan with non-stick spray.
Heat Mozzarella and Cream Cheese so they melt together into a cheese sauce.
Add additional Crust ingredients and mix together using a hand mixer.
Moisten your hands with Olive Oil and flatten the dough batter between parchment paper creating a circle about 8 inches in diameter.
Remove top piece of parchment paper. Poke the crust with tines of fork.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Pizza Topping:
Saute Garlic and Onion using 1 tablespoon Olive Oil.
Combine Ground Pork and Sausage and cook until done.
Season to taste. 
Reduce heat and add Pasta Sauce. 
Let simmer for 10 minutes.
Top the Pizza Crust with meat sauce, additional toppings as desired and Mozzarella Cheese.
Bake for another 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
